というわけで、さっそく英語版を書きました！
いや、今回はただ単に前回のブログを英文化したのではありません。
ツアーだけじゃなく、ぼくがやっている事業（What,How)となぜ（Why)やっているのかを書きました。そして、今これをカウチサーフィンや他の無料民泊サイトに載せるようのを書きました。
無料から有料への流れをつくる、ということで、
どれくらい、反応があるかを見てみましょう。

I have been in Cambodia for 2 years, achieving our mission: “Create Job for Adult and to Give qualified Education for Children”
In Phnom Penh, I have an impact sourcing company focusing as a messaging center for Vacation Rentals in Japan and the United States. Also, I run a school teaching Art, General English, Japanese, Khmer, Preschool, and After School Care.
10 % of the income of these business go to Kampong Chhnang Province as per our policy: “To create Job opportunities for Adults, To provide qualified Education for all Children in Cambodia”
Which is why most weekends, I am usually found in Kampong Chhnang Province (please see my pics about our activities)

Why do we need to Create job for adult and to Give qualified Education for Children?
I first came to Cambodia in April 2016, and I was surprised that there were a lot of luxury cars and skyscrapers in Phnom Penh. I had thought that Cambodia is a developing country, but it already was developed comparable with my home town in Japan.
However, this is not the case.
When I went to province, there were people in the hospital who are suffering from injuries or diseases that were not properly treated with care.
Can you imagine why it is happened?
There are 3 reasons
1. There are no enough doctors
2. There are no educated doctors
3. People don’t have the money
It was an astonishing truth for me- imagine doctors and nurses who don’t know how and when to apply first aid.
I used to be a hyper-rescuer team member of firefighters in Japan for 6 years, so I know what first aid is.
Immediately I started volunteering to teach first aid to nurses and doctors.
But how can we solve poverty? And why is this happening?
The reason is, their lifestyles have not adjusted to Modernization. Most of them are living self-sufficiently and if they get some extra items, they sell it and get some cash.
I don’t deny the traditional lifestyle however.
The product of modernization are mechanization such as motorbikes and Cultivator mobile, the risk of injury has been increasing year by year. And people go around so might get new disease from the outside.
Then let’s go back to No.3
People don’t have money →that’s why people cannot be treated well at hospital
Can we say please die?
I thought if I can hire them, if I can introduce my business friends and create jobs, If I can create a business here,
I can save the people.
And if we hire them, then village would need to be educated ..
This is the reason why I established own company, and why we are doing these activities.
